orakali.com ↗An online home for Òro, a Cypriot studio creating wedding stationery and greeting cards. The site pairs a card shop with custom wedding websites, complete with invitations, RSVPs, photo galleries and guestbooks.

Civic participation app
A Greek-language civic app for a political movement, on iOS and Android. We audited the UX, unified the authentication journey, built the design system and specified the product feature by feature, including in-app voting with safeguards against irreversible mistakes.

Air-quality monitoring for a university research lab: time-series dashboards, pollution indices, compliance alerts and multi-station sensor health. Scoped against the lab's own sensor data, with a tiered architecture from rapid prototype to a production platform designed for a million-plus records.

A booking marketplace scoped end-to-end as a fixed-scope MVP: provider onboarding with identity verification, search and filters, booking with Stripe payments, two-way reviews and subscriptions. Every feature specified and estimated before a line of code.

The Studio
Amphia is a boutique software design and development studio based in Cyprus. Design-led and full-lifecycle: we take products from discovery and specification through design, build, deployment and maintenance. Small and senior by intent, we work with SMEs, startups and institutions, delivering in Greek and English.
We build on a Python-first stack: Django, HTMX and Tailwind on the web, with Polars, DuckDB and TimescaleDB for data. Design happens in Figma. Delivery is agile, with sprint reviews every three weeks. Quotes are fixed-scope and itemised per feature, so there is never a question about what you are paying for.
